“I have been away from RL for a while for a number of reasons. Today, having a day off from school, I decided to try a class. I am somewhat of an advanced practitioner, but have not practiced (in most any way for a year or so). After reading Claire’s W. bio, I came and took her class.  I hoped to share with whomever reads this, what the difference a teacher can make. Yoga is very personal, and for me, that means “the person”.  She adjusts and corrects alignment, and shares the essence of yoga aside from the physical (Hatha) aspects.  So for no other reason than to tell “someone” how an individual (Claire) can re-awaken the joy and “release” yoga brings, I write this letter.  I am glad I came and took class with Claire, and thought someone should know how she inspired one of your students to “try again”.  And so I will.
